Welcome to Hostfully’s Customer Success Office Hours! Our dedicated Customer Success Managers (CSMs) will be live and available to provide personalized assistance and guidance to our valued customers.

During these interactive sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss any questions, concerns, or challenges you may be facing with our products. These calls are free, unlimited for our customers, and hosted live by our team members.

Here’s what to expect from our Customer Success Office Hours:

Property Management Platform Support

Customer Success Managers will lead 60 minute general support Q&A sessions for any topics related to our property management platform.

Property Management Platform Schedule:

  • Monday at 6 p.m EST / 3 p.m. PST
  • Tuesday at 9 a.m. EST / 6 a.m. PST
  • Tuesday at 4 p.m. EST / 1 p.m. PST
  • Wednesday at 8 a.m. EST / 5 a.m. PST / 2 p.m. CET*
  • Wednesday at 7 p.m. EST / 5 p.m. PST
  • Thursday at 10 a.m. EST / 7 a.m. PST
  • Friday at 11 a.m. EST / 8 a.m. PST

Digital Guidebook Support

Customer Success Managers lead 60 minute Q&A sessions for any topics related to Hostfully’s Digital Guidebooks.

Digital Guidebook Schedule:

  • Thursday at 2 p.m. EST / 11 a.m. PST

Hostfully Devices Support
