About Hostfully's Property Management Software

A channel manager is a software vacation rental managers can use to manage all their properties and reservations in one place.

When you have many properties and reservations coming from multiple listing sites, it gets a little difficult to handle everything using books or spreadsheets. With a channel manager, you can add and update listings from one central location, and it will then push that information to all the channels you use.

A channel manager will pull reservations from your channels and sync all of your calendars so that unavailable dates are blocked off and only available dates are visible for potential customers. For example, a channel manager that is integrated with both Airbnb and Vrbo will not allow Airbnb users to book dates that have already been reserved on the Vrbo platform and vice versa.
