Hostfully is available in all countries where there is a reliable internet connection and you can receive payments using one of our three payment processors: Stripe, Paypal, or Vacation Rent Payment. So far, we have not been unable to support any particular country.

For our Property Management Software, every new customer receives live onboarding calls and a personal onboarding contact for the first 45 days of their time with Hostfully. The number of calls depend on the package you subscribe for. During the onboarding period, the Hostfully team will help you set up properties, configure listing sites and OTAs, show you how to automate processes with templates and triggers, and get started with pricing.
Please note that the set up time to import and list properties on listing sites varies. Some take under 24 hours, while others take up to two weeks or longer. This is outside of our control. However, due to Hostfully’s preferred partner status with Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, we can track your status progress and get faster access if an unforeseen problem happens.
After your onboarding period has finished, you still have daily (free) access to both our onboarding reps and customer success reps through our many office hours!
Once you’ve completed your onboarding, you’ll be ready to use the basic functionality of Hostfully. To help you extend your knowledge of the platform and maximize its use, we’ll also invite you to our users group community. We also offer a customer success portal that includes 300+ help and DIY articles complete with step-by-step instructions, screenshots, and even videos.
Don’t forget that after your onboarding period has finished, you still have daily (free) access to both our onboarding reps and customer success reps through our many office hours!
Hostfully can only bring in reservation data on a limited basis, and this is dependent on the quality of the data and also the booking channels currently in use. One method for data upload is via CSV file, but this method can require manual validation and testing in order to work properly. Typical upload time for this method is 7-10 business days.
We are rapidly innovating and typically make weekly updates to our products. Some updates are major features but others may be minor fixes to previously released functionality. When a big feature is released (as an update or a new feature) we have a comprehensive email campaign to notify customers and provide help documentation. We will also make announcements via social media, our blog, community channels, and more.
We love getting feedback on our products, especially via User Voice. User Voice is a place to submit feedback that can be combined with other similar feedback. This helps us prioritize our product roadmap and understand the relative priority of our customers’ needs.

Yes. We have direct API connections and preferred partnership status with the three major booking platforms: Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. We also offer distribution on a handful of other niche booking platforms including GoLightly, Yonder, VacayMyWay, and GetAwayGoGo – please see the complete list in our integration zone. If a property manager wants to gain a wider net for distribution, they can use a channel manager with one of our channel manager partners.
Yes, Hostfully has built an open in-house API to integrate your external tools and systems, giving you the flexibility to connect and sync with preferred vendors and get the most out of our Property Management System. It’s customizable according to your business needs.

Yes, and this is because our Property Management Platform has a single, centralized calendar that allows you to view all your bookings from multiple channels from start to finish. Double bookings are a thing of the past.
Yes to this too! We provide every client with a free custom SEO-friendly website building tool to enable direct bookings and help strengthen your brand. With your own website, you won’t be losing hard earned money in booking commissions to OTAs. If you already have an existing personal website, it can easily be linked to your custom Hostfully website in order to sync bookings with Hostfully’s platform.
Yes we have integrated with Paypal, Stripe, and Vacation Rent Payment. These solutions give you the option to collect payments via credit cards and blend them seamlessly with other marketplace and accounting integrations.

We get that every business is one-of-a-kind and needs just the right features to help it thrive and grow. Our Starter plan is perfect for vacation rental owners and managers just starting out, whereas our Pro plan, with more features, is our recommendation if you’re looking to scale. Enterprise is for large vacation rental companies with over 200 listings. If you need help in choosing the right package for you, reach out to our sales team.
We debit your credit card each month. Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
Currently we offer a 10% discount if you subscribe to our annual plans.
Discounts are not available for Starter, Pro, and Pro Plus subscription plans for the PMS and for Power Host, Prime, and Prime Plus for Hostfully Guidebooks. Professional and Enterprise pricing are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the size of your portfolio.
We offer two products. For the Property Management Platform, if you have up to 19 properties, you will likely choose one of our three tiers: Starter, Pro, and Pro Plus. If you have 20 or more properties, then you’ll need to connect with our Sales team to determine your Enterprise Pricing.
For Hostfully Guidebooks, you will pay per guidebook. For up to 10 guidebooks you can
select Power Host, Prime, or Prime Plus, and once you’d like 11 guidebooks you’ll move into Premium Pricing which is also pay by guidebook.
Yes, you can pay monthly for your Hostfully Property Management Account account, however, the monthly plan is not discounted so if you are looking to save, we recommend the yearly plan.
For the Property Management Platform, if you add properties so that the number of properties exceeds the amount provisioned for your subscription, then you will need to pay for those additional properties. If your subscription is annual then you will be billed the next month for the prorated amount for the year. If you are on a monthly subscription, then you will be charged for the additional property during the next monthly billing cycle.
You can remove a property at any time. However, if you’d like to downgrade your subscription, then you’ll need to contact someone on our support team to let us know.
Your card is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you remove a rental, your subscription payment will be consistent with the previous billing cycle unless you contact us.
Hostfully charges a 1% fee on all transactions facilitated by Stripe or Paypal. We do not charge any additional commissions on transactions facilitated by our platform. Please note that some distribution channels will require that you use your own payment processor when connecting via API. In this case, additional fees may be applied if you use Stripe or PayPal as your payment processor. Please contact the sales team about how this relates to your business.
We offer annual and monthly subscriptions that automatically renew.
Yes, we will miss you, but we give you the total flexibility to cancel at any time.
No, there are no cancellation fees.
When you cancel your user account will be closed immediately, although you’ll still be billed for the full month as your credit card is charged at the start of the billing period. Please note that this will not be refunded.

Truthfully, you can build a guidebook in minutes. Our Quick Start Wizard and and AI-powered itinerrary planner, will help you build everything quickly (approx. 7 minutes!) Spend more time on it and customize it, the better it will be, of course.
Everything about your property the guest should know! How to check-in, where to find certain amenities, how the laundry machine or the hot tub works..it’s endless, really. You can also add as many local recommendations as you want. Your favorite cafes or restaurants, tours your guests can sign up for, places to visit, things to experience, and more. You can also add gift cards or vouchers, simultaneously supporting small businesses in your area.
Beyond this, you can also upsell your own services. Do you offer pick up/drop off? Great! Add that in. How about mid-stay cleaning? Awesome. Add that in too. With upselling, you can create additional revenue streams, which helps you increase your profits while also providing a 5* experience to your guests.
